You must either live or work in the common bond (Dublin 7, 15 or 22), or live in the same household as a family member who is a current member.
Documents Required

Valid Photo ID (Passport, Driver's License). Proof of Address (we can only accept a bank statement, utility bill or letter from Revenue) PPS Number.
